Offerit allows you to post sale approval or denial details to a custom script/URL of your choice.  To enable this type of post you can visit the [[Offers Admin]] and edit a landing page for on of your offers.  On this page, you will need to scroll down and use the "+" icon on the right hand side of the "Approval/Denial" section:

You can configure your script to log the posts from offerit to get a more exact example for your system, however here is an example from one of our development installs:
